I have a few things that I have done and used over the years that I believe are really helping me age more slowly. There are hundreds of products, devices and programs around that declare to be anti-aging. Some are, some arent.
I am going to share with you what I have found that seems to work. I say this because most people judge my age to be at least 10 years younger than my chronological age. Whats most important to me is not so much how we look, but how we feel
thats what counts. Thats what people see, really. Vibrancy, aliveness, happiness, joyful living
thats what helps keep us ageless!
So here goes
The first and most important factor in staying ageless is INTENTION! Our thoughts help create the way we age. Every cell in our body listens to every single word and feeling that we hold within ourselves, 24/7. I feel its important to create verbal affirmations and say them regularly. One Ive been saying for years is, All of the cells in my body are set to the perfect physical age of (I say 23 years, you program for the age you want to stay at), I am immortal and I now ordain my body to manifest this. I have a friend who says, I am a 20 year old lean, clean, immortal machine and he looks far younger than his chronological age.
Use Hemi-Sync®, and reduce stress This is one of the most amazing tools for changing ones life that I have ever found. I started using it over 10 years ago, and I believe its partly what has helped me retard the aging process. Actually, check into using any Hemi-Sync® CDs because they are first and foremost great balancers for your brain hemispheres and help you relax very deeply. Reducing stress reduces the stress hormone called cortisol, which wreaks havoc on your body long term. Regular meditation practices are also very, very important.
Exercise In order to stay vibrant and healthy, we have to have regular exercise, I either do a martial arts practice or rigorous aerobic/strength building workout two nights per week and thenweight training on the three other nights. Find what works for you, and do something REGULARLY. At the very least regular walking is very good. Thats DAILY regular walking.

Diet What works for me is about 80% raw food
tons of vegetables, raw tahini, olive oil, nuts, flax, fruit. I dont smoke, drink any alcohol nor eat any sugar, at all. I do drink coffee. Dont know if this is good or bad, but I LOVE it! I do take good supplements and there are some really good books on my reading list that can guide you into a supplement plan that works for you, if you go that route. Find out what works for you and what ultimately gives you energy and vibrancy.
Stay hydrated Drinks lots of pure water, not from PCB bottles you buy in the store. Get a good water filtration system. I also use fun things like Stirwands (Quantum Age Drinking Water Wands) and Mega H by Patrick Flanagan make my water more hydrateable (?). Sound strange? Google both and youll learn more.
And a couple of devices: one is called The Facial Flex. This was created for stroke patients to help them exercise their facial muscles. It helps tone the lower half of the face, preventing jowls and sagging. I wish I sold this little device, but I dont . You can find it somewhere on the internet..Once again, Google here. The other is an LED hand held red/blue light machine. This little thing really helps tighten skin and lighten age spots on hands and face. It also has diminished wrinkling around my mouth and eye area. Browse Ebay for some good deals. I got a great little one for about $90.00
Its so important to live a life that is creative, fulfilling, blessed with friendship and FULL OF LOVE!!!! The more we believe that reversing aging is possible, the more it becomes a reality; individually and collectively. We can create a template of energy that our bodies form through, it starts with our thoughts and desires. This can be enlarged to create a collective template for aging (or not!) for all of humanity. It is called the collective unconscious.
